Muhammad Aatif Bashir(CEO)

As the Founder & CEO of Strateger AI, I have led pioneering advancements in real-time Audio & Video Communication and Game Streaming, driving innovation with a team of WebRTC, networking, and adaptive algorithm specialists. With 100+ large-scale projects completed, we have developed fully managed cloud services supporting up to 1000 participants per session and played a key role in the AR/VR streaming industry. Our expertise has earned us collaborations with Afiniti, NHS England, Antmedia, AttendAnywhere, Eagle3dStreaming, Vection Technologies, and more. In 2023, we won first prize at the IEEE and Antmedia event for groundbreaking research, including WebRTC support in OBS Studio and FFMPEG. Holding multiple U.S. patents, I bring extensive telecom experience from Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, and Etisalat, complemented by an MBA and M.Phil in Executive Leadership & Management from LUMS, empowering businesses with cutting-edge real-time communication solutions.

Mike Vitale

Mike Vitale brings over 25 years of executive leadership in software, SaaS, and emerging technologies to RTC League. With a proven history of scaling startups to successful multi-million dollar exits and leading enterprise-level innovation, Mike has built and led high-performing teams across development, product, UX, AI/ML, and network engineering. He previously served as VP of Advanced Software at Megaport, where he architected a patent-pending ML service for network capacity planning. His work has spanned the development of scalable, cloud-native platforms, real-time AI assistants, and industry-first solutions in network security and virtual collaboration. Mike also co-founded AVA Intellect, where he's pioneering AI-powered virtual teammates that integrate seamlessly into video conferencing platforms. Mike’s deep expertise and visionary leadership continue to shape the future of real-time communications and AI collaboration at RTC League.

Muhammad Usman Bashir(CTO)

I am a WebRTC Expert, AI Specialist, and Patent-Holding Software Inventor, recognized as one of Asia’s top telecom tech innovators and featured in Forbes UK Magazine as a "40 Under 40" Tech Innovator. As the CTO & Founder of Strateger AI, I lead teams in AI-powered real-time communication and streaming solutions. Previously, I spearheaded WebRTC and AI development at Afiniti and Younite (Speeqr) and have consulted for NHS England and 100+ global organizations. My expertise spans WebRTC, AI, multimedia reverse engineering, and AR/VR streaming, with deep proficiency in Go, C++, Swift, Java, Kotlin, Python, and JavaScript. I have optimized real-time data processing, built AI-driven communication systems, and contributed to IETF, Janus, LiveKit, and WebRTC development. Holding a U.S. patent for teleconferencing innovations, I remain committed to pushing the boundaries of technology through leadership, innovation, and community collaboration.
